How a travel eSIM works
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. After payment you receive a QR code by email. Scan it to install the plan, then switch on the eSIM line and data roaming at your destination.

Country, regional or global plans
Choose a country plan for one destination, a regional plan when you cross borders (for example Europe or Asia) or a global plan for long trips. Every plan page lists the data, the validity days and the mobile networks used.

FAQ
Is my phone compatible with eSIM?
Most recent iPhone, Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy phones support eSIM, and the phone must be carrier-unlocked. Check Settings for an Add eSIM option, or see the setup guide.
When does the plan start?
Usually when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination. Some plans start at purchase; this is shown on the plan page.
Do I get a phone number?
Travel eSIMs are data-only. Use WhatsApp or other apps for calls, and keep your home SIM for SMS.
Can I get a refund?
A refund is possible only if the eSIM has not been downloaded, installed or activated. See the Refund Policy for details.
What if the eSIM does not connect?
Check that the eSIM line and data roaming are on, restart the phone and choose a listed network manually. If it still fails, contact support with your order number.
