Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask OTOSUBS to delete your account and personal data at any time, including data received when you sign in with Google or Facebook or contact us on WhatsApp.

Option 1: sign in at otosubsim.com, open Account → Profile and tap "Request deletion".

Option 2: email sales@otosubsim.com from your registered email with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or message our WhatsApp support, and include the email or phone number on your account.

We confirm your request and complete deletion or anonymisation within 21 days. Orders, invoices, payment and commission records are kept for at least 7 years where Malaysian tax and accounting law requires it, then deleted.
