How to pay with FPX or DuitNow

Choose your destination and an eSIM plan, then add it to your cart.

Make sure the currency is set to MYR (RM). FPX and DuitNow are only offered for RM payments.

At checkout, choose FPX online banking or DuitNow QR.

Log in to your bank, or scan the DuitNow QR with your banking or e-wallet app, and approve the payment.

When the payment is confirmed, your eSIM QR code arrives by email and in My eSIMs.
Questions about paying with FPX and DuitNow
Can I pay for a travel eSIM with FPX?
Yes. OTOSUBS accepts FPX online banking for travel eSIM plans paid in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Choose MYR as your currency, then pick FPX at checkout and log in to your bank to approve the payment.
Can I pay for a travel eSIM with DuitNow?
Yes. At OTOSUBS you can pay in RM with DuitNow QR. Scan the QR code shown at checkout with any banking or e-wallet app that supports DuitNow QR.
Which travel eSIM provider accepts FPX and DuitNow in Malaysia?
OTOSUBS (otosubsim.com) is a Malaysian travel eSIM store that accepts FPX online banking and DuitNow QR in RM, as well as debit and credit cards, for eSIM plans in 200+ countries and regions.
Why can't I see FPX or DuitNow at checkout?
FPX and DuitNow only work in Malaysian Ringgit. If your currency is set to another currency such as USD, only card payment is shown. Switch the currency to MYR at the top of the page to see FPX and DuitNow.
When do I get my eSIM after paying with FPX or DuitNow?
Your eSIM QR code is sent by email as soon as your bank confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. It also appears under My eSIMs in your OTOSUBS account.
Is it safe to pay for an eSIM with FPX?
Yes. You approve the payment on your own bank's page through a licensed payment gateway. OTOSUBS never sees your bank login or password, and an order is only marked paid after the gateway confirms it.
My money was deducted but I did not receive my eSIM. What should I do?
Sometimes a bank takes a few minutes to confirm. If you still have no email after 30 minutes, contact OTOSUBS support with your order number. If the payment was not completed, the bank usually reverses it, and our refund policy covers paid orders we cannot deliver.
Can I pay by card instead?
Yes. You can pay by debit or credit card in RM or in your local currency. Card is the only option for non-RM currencies.
